Service Center maintained. All AD’s current, High level of Jetprop SL & SB compliance. All 300, 400, 500, 600, 1000, 12 month, 24 month, 36 month, 60 month and 72 month items current. Only Chapter 5 items due are 2 year magnetic compass check, and 10 year Fuselage & wing hose pressure checks (many have been replaced).

9. Repair History

Left outer wet wing panel replaced by Hov-Aire because 10 gallon outer capacity limit was exceeded and fuel subsequently expanded damaging the wing. This occurred in 2001 at 1662 Hours. The airplane experienced a partial nose gear collapse resting on the prop. No other damage was incurred. The engine was shipped to Dallas Airmotive for a light overhaul. A New prop was installed. This occurred on November 28, 2013 at 2,848 Total Engine time.

Interior:

Mostly original Gray Leather. Carpet is newer. Lower sidewalls newer. Original headliner. Cabinets original. Carpet runners have protected center cabin floor. Sheepskin crew seats. Overall condition of Interior slightly below average. Estimate 4 on 10 scale.

Exterior:

Older Poly paint. Lower half Dark Blue with Gray and Gold accent stripes Boots in excellent condition. With one small patch right horiz stab and 3 patches on vertical fin. Boots are tight and well maintained. Heated windshield is new. Copilot windshield replaced Feb 2011. Side Glass in excellent condition. Paint condition 4 on 10 scale.

Summary:

Ownership History: Originally Exported to Chile as a PA-46-350P at 4.8 hrs TT. Arrived Chile at 40:4 Hrs (1-25-90). Arrived back in US briefly on 5/24/95 with 832.8 hrs. Ferry tank installed and exported to South Africa, arriving there with 883.8 hrs on 6-28-95. Returned to US 3/05/01 with 1,662.3 Hrs. Converted to Jetprop 8/15/01 at 1,728.1 TT. Turn Key, Clean, entry level Jetprop with Dash 34, Recent expensive maintenance items, excellent boots and glass. The avionics are set with AHRS, WAAS and ADS-B. Paint, Interior and Engine give this airplane another 4,000 hours of transportation. The new windshield, recent hydraulic pump and prop mitigate some big dollar risks ahead.
