9. Repair History

No Damage History

Interior:

Original Piper Gray Leather with a Gray vinyl runner over the recent carpet. Interior is in above average condition. Executive Writing Table, Courtesy lights. Crew Seats have custom sewn-in Sheepskin inserts. Interior does not need replacing. The high traffic areas of the leather seats would benefit from re-dye. However, that is the extent of the interior needs. TWO interior configurations exist. The FIVE seat configuration features a custom made refreshment center and console in lieu of the left center passenger seat. The airplane also comes with the original sixth seat. Interior condition is 7+. It will improve to an 8+ with the above mentioned re-dye.

Exterior:

Original Piper Polyurethane paint featuring Upper Fuselage in Gray over White Lower third, accented by Red, Black and White Laser stripes. Overall Paint condition reflects care and pampering. Condition is a solid 7 on a 10 scale. Glass is well above average with a recently replaced co-pilot windshield. Boots are in very good condition with a single 3/16th inch repair on over 50 linear feet of rubber. Aircraft doesn’t appear to have any hangar rash. There is no hail damage. Aircraft has a polished spinner.

Summary:

This is for the most part, a one owner Jetprop. The second owner has owned the plane only since October 29, 2008 and has flown it just 43.7 hours-or 2.1% of the life of this plane. N7777G was ordered new from Piper by a flying couple and flown trouble free for 1248 hrs as a 350HP Malibu Mirage. At that point the original owner took her to Jetprop and had a brand new PT6A-34 installed. After this they flew the plane 750 trouble free hours until selling it to the present owner just 4 months ago. Sun Aviation (Piper Service Center next to the Factory) did the majority of the maintenance on the plane. It has a very high Bulletin compliance. The current owner (2ND) has a 100 NM mission and will be replacing this airplane with a light twin. This is an awesome Jetprop. Low, Low Times. Look at all the desirable features: WAAS, Traffic, Radar, Nexrad, No Damage, One owner, One Shop. It doesn’t get better than this. Give her a coat of paint, rejuvenate the leather, then fly for years. This is a one of a kind, special airplane.
