Delivered to Edmonton new (3-29-86). Flew in Canada until 2-12-88. Converted to Jetprop 6-17-98 @ 2,631.7 Total Time, Experienced Minor Prop Strike (able to re-use prop) on 10-20-2000 @ 2,945.9 hrs/314.2 Engine TSN. Engine removed and sent to Standard Aero for tear down/inspection. Signed off 1-29-01.
In September of 2001 Aircraft experienced a second prop strike @ Engine TSN 375.3. Engine removed and sent to Pratt & Whitney for teardown inspection. New Engine Mount Truss assembly and prop installed. Signed off 10/10/01.
In early 2003 aircraft sustained a hard landing. Hov-Aire replaced the entire wing assembly with a factory new part @ 3,084.0 TTAF. (This is the post 2000 Factory Wing).

Brand New Paint 7-16-09 by Flying Colors in Benton Harbor, MI (269) 925-9418. Base Color: Sherwin Williams Jet-Glo Light Ivory U00277. Primary Accent Color Sherwin Williams Jet Glo Metallic Concord Blue H10717. Secondary Accent Sherwin Williams Jet Glo Las Vegas Gold H10494Q. This was a full strip and paint. THe aircraft has Vinyl n#'s to facilitate the addition of a foreign or custom registration number. This is perfect '10'. Glass is excellent. Wing Boots have zero patches. Horizontal stab boots in excellent condition with 3 minor patches each.
Summary:
This airplane is the best value in Jetprops today. With only 834 Hrs on a Dash 34, the new style wing, a Business Jet quality Interior, Update panel, Outstanding paint, Fresh Inspections and state of the art avionics this is not a run of the mill ’86.
