Hard Landing 2006 repaired by Sky Tech. See following narrative:ON JANUARY 20, 2006 AT 1345 EST, A PIPER MALIBU PA-46, REGISTERED TO THE PILOT ^PRIVACY DATA OMIT^ A1 SIGNS, INC. SUSTAINED A HARD LANDING AT THE VANDENBURG AIRPORT (VDF), TAMPA, FLORIDA WHILE ON A PART 91 FLIGHT. VISUAL METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS PREVAILED AT THE TIME AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS ON AN IFR FLIGHT PLAN. THE AIRCRAFT WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED AND THE PRIVATE-RATED PILOT AND THREE PASSENGERS WERE UNINJURED. THE FLIGHT ORIGINATED AT DICKSON, TENNSESSEE. THE PILOT STATED THAT HE STALLED THE AIRCRAFT PRIOR TO TOUCH DOWN.

Replaced 7-1-2010. Medium Blue Leather Seats, Sheepskin covers for front seats, Darker Blue patterned carpet, Tan leather lower sidewalls, Creme upper sidewalls and headliner.

Exterior:

Repainted 7-1-2010. 4 Color poly featuring Overal White with two Blue tones and Silver accents. Boots in excellent condition. Glass in excellent condition.
